I am sure everybody and their momma has had this delicacy. It surfaces at just about every potluck or shower or holiday party down here. But just in case there is some poor soul out there who has had the misfortune of missing out on it....
8 oz. brick of softened cream cheese
1/2 cup bleu cheese or ranch dressing (pick your poison)
1/2 cup shredded cheddar or mozzy
as much chopped, cooked chicken that makes you smile
1/2 cup Frank's buffalo sauce
Bake in a 350-degree oven till hot. Serve with Wheat Thins. Enjoy.
P.S. Due to the color, this dip would make a great dip for Volunteer tailgaters!
P.P.S. Or for anyone who wants to devour anything Orange.

Hi Katie! I am one of those poor unfortunate souls--might be because I was raised in Ohio and hot sauce is a foreign food group to me :) Can't wait to try this--since it is orange we can incorporate it into our WAR EAGLE party! Now for something blue....

I've had it before, but hadn't a clue how to make it. I am printing the secret out now, and will be serving that up for football Saturday. Aren't you just the helpful little blogger today? LOVE IT!

Well, I just lost my comment. I said that I've just recently started reading your blog, and I'm so glad that you posted the recipe. I'm one of the "sheltered" kids who had never had it before until recently. Our friend told us the ingredients, but (during a party) didn't tell us the exact amounts. Thanks for posting this. It is delicious!

Well, I guess I'm one of those poor pitiful southern souls too. I've never even heard of this dish of deliciousness! You can bet your bottom dollar that I will be serving it up this weekend though. Thanks for the recipe!

Ohhhhhhhhhhhh no! We went out to eat last night and I literally just told M that I am really in the mood for buffalo dips!!! I ended up devouring a Buffalo chicken sandwich to feed my craving. This dip is right up my alley!!!! So glad you posted this. :)

Being the "shut in" that I have turned out to be, I have NEVER had the dip. It looks like something all of the Harrell's & Harvey's will want to dive into. I will try this out next weekend with "Mama & Them" and if it is as good as I think it will be then we will also have it for GA/Fla. Thx for sharing!

I just made your recipe last night and it was so yummy and easy! I've had it before but in a crock pot and I think I like it your way (baked) much better. I always thought this had tons of ingredients so I never made it. But watch out now! We served with tortilla chips and celery.
