Happy Daisies
These are some of the Becky daisies that are growing right off the front porch. Don't daisies just look so happy? I love my Becky daisies...they are so tall, and blooms are always in abundance throughout the summer into the fall. Even though they aren't fragrant, they still look pretty to me.
I found this glass bowl and frog at an antique store in Kentucky. I have seen a blue million of these floral frogs but have never seen one of these little bowls with them. Have y'all?
Into the yellow guest bathroom they have gone...
Happy weekend, y'all!!

I love your daisies..so pretty. I just bought some fresh flowers from Farm Fresh and will distribute them around the house.
I love your silver collection. That is cool about the Hotel DeSoto. Are there others in GA besides in Savannah? My husband and I stayed at the Hilton DeSoto last year.

What a great find--I've never seen either of those items around here. They sure do make for a beautiful and perfect floral arrangement.

The floral bowl & frog are darling. Just the thing to show off your daisies! You really have a talent for making your surroundings lovely!
This reminded me of something I read in an Alexandra Stoddard book. She suggested keeping a small glass filled with daisies or pansies in the refrigerator to delight you each time you open the door! I have never done it although I love the idea!
Enjoy your weekend! Chris

Wow! What a great find!! I went to an antique store today and thought of you because they had old photos of random people. They were only 2 for a dollar!! I thought that was a good deal.

I have this EXACT bowl! I bought it at a garage sale in Arkansas. But I don't have the frog. I've seen those, but did not know one went with this bowl. Hmmm...gonna have to look for one of those.
Just found you through the Nester's blog! Love the pic of you and your dad!
